Cellesense​

Overview

The Cellesense solution provides service providers with a new and automated self-service channel over SMS, WEB and IM (Instant Messaging) in addition to IVR, reducing the need for live-agent call-centers.
The Cellesense solution is a new channel to reduce OPEX by providing automated responses for common information requests from customers who either do not wish to use an IVR or queries that cannot be handled by an IVR. Everyday channels such as SMS, are utilized to interact with the call-centre's data sources, in a simple and cost effective way.
For example, a public transportation customer sends a text message: “I am in Birmingham, which train should I take to reach London Heathrow before 5pm”.  The Cellesense application receives the message, analyzes it, interacts with the data source, retrieves the requested information, and sends it to the customer within seconds.

We Are Unique

Low False Positive
Our software rarely misunderstands the request from the user. The system will rarely (less then 0.1%) provide inappropriate responses to questions asked. Since the software utilizes semantic case base reasoning rather than keyword-spotting or a statistical based tool, answers are accurate and reliable.

Short Implementation period
Designed to be used by website programmers, implementation requires a short learning curve by programmers in any integrator or end user organization. A typical transportation project can be implemented in as little as 4 weeks.

Transportation Application Traffic

When used by Egged, the Cellesense transportation application processed over 1,500,000 monthly information requests. Response accuracy over the web is 98.5% and over Text it is 99%.
Within six months of its launch, the Cellesense transportation application deployed by Egged, Israel’s largest mass-transit provider, reached a peak of 1,100,000 requests per month, with continuing growth in information requests.
